We have been renovating historic structures and operating our buildings in Seneca Falls since 1986. We take pride in our buildings and want our residents to enjoy living in these comfortable historic buildings. We maintain our buildings to the highest possible standards and want them occupied by kindly responsible residents.
Historic Seneca Falls
Seneca Falls is a rich historical town. As the birthplace of women’s rights, the entire town is a New York State Heritage Area and Historic Preservation District. The town of Seneca Falls retains its 19th century charm yet it also has great proximity to all of Central New York. Seneca Falls is fifty miles from Rochester and forty miles to Syracuse with convenient access to the New York State Thruway and the natural beauty of the Finger Lakes.
