Adaptive reuse is our specialty. We have 20 unique residences in historic structures within the Village of Seneca Falls available for lease.

All with central air, two bathrooms, in unit washer & dryer.
Some units have decks others have such features as Security access system, elevator, etc.

All our residences come with a staff to make sure the property is maintained and the piece of mind there is someone to call when you have a problem.

Comfortable and Modern Interiors. Our apartments were all renovated from the outside in. They have modern efficient mechanical systems, are wired for phone, cable, and easy internet. You can be sure you’re getting a spacious comfortable package. Most have tall ceilings, some are in-unit duplex style. They all have unique attributes and features.

Have pets? Some of our units are dog friendly, all are cat friendly (sorry maximum two cats per dwelling unit)
